A personal token
A ring, a locket, a photo, or any small object that represents love to you. Place it near the candle each night.

New Moon (Night 1): Begin in the dark of the new moon. Plant the seed of your intention when the sky is empty and ready to receive.
Waxing Crescent (Nights 2-5): As the moon's sliver grows, so does the signal you are sending. Each night adds strength and clarity to your call.
First Quarter (Nights 6-7): By the final nights, the moon is half-lit — balanced between shadow and light, just as any true relationship must be.
