What You Will Need
Small mirror
Acts as the reflective shield that bounces negative energy back. A compact mirror, hand mirror, or any small reflective surface from around the house works.
White candle
Provides purifying light and focuses your intention. A tea light or any small white candle is suitable.
Black cloth or dark fabric
Used to wrap the mirror when not in active use, containing and concentrating its deflective power. A dark sock, bandana, or piece of old t-shirt works fine.
Moon Phase & Timing

Full Moon: Charge your mirror shield during the full moon for maximum reflective strength. The fully illuminated moon is itself the ultimate mirror in the sky.
